"Pretty decent for the price"
I ordered a few bar tools and overall they’re fine for what I paid. To be fair, everything works like it should, but one of the pieces did feel a little lighter and cheaper than I was expecting. Shipping was normal, nothing especially fast or slow. Not a bad buy, just don’t expect super high-end quality.

"Nice bar tools, but shipping support felt dismissive"
I ordered a couple of wine and cocktail tools, and the items themselves are nice. They feel solid for the price and looked just like the photos, so no complaints there. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, and when I checked in about it, the response felt kind of dismissive, like I was bothering them for asking. It wasn’t a huge delay or anything, but that part did leave me a bit annoyed. I’d probably still buy again because the products are good.

"I did manage to find a few..."
I did manage to find a few things I was looking for, so the site isn’t totally broken or anything. But it felt clunky the whole time. Pages were loading slowly for me, and the filters didn’t really narrow things down the way I expected, so I ended up clicking around a lot more than I wanted to.
Checkout worked in the end, but it wasn’t exactly smooth. Some of the product details felt hidden or just not there, and it kind of gave me the feeling that basic customer frustrations weren’t really being paid attention to. Not the worst shopping experience, but definitely more annoying than it needed to be

"Arrived in good shape"
My order showed up packed really securely, so everything inside was fine with no dents or damage. The box was bigger than I expected, but I guess that’s why it made it here safely.

"Good experience, but double-check your order"
I’ve ordered from True Brands a few times now and haven’t had any problems. Everything arrived the way it was supposed to, the tracking was easy to follow, and I never had to contact support or chase anything down. It seems like a legit shop based on my experience. I’d still tell people to double-check their order details and shipping info before checking out, but overall I’ve been happy with them.

"Prices are decent, but the value is hit or miss"
I have found some good deals here, but there are also a few items that feel overpriced for what you get. It is not bad overall, just kind of mixed depending on what you are buying.

"Not really gift-worthy"
I was a little disappointed. The box looked cheap in person, and it made the whole thing feel kind of awkward to give as a gift.

"Smooth wholesale order, umm, no complaints"
I placed a wholesale order on truebrands.com and, umm, it was easy. The site was simple to figure out, the pricing was clear, and everything showed up packed really well. I had one small question and support got back to me quickly. Overall, I’m really happy with how it went and I’d definitely order again

"Refund took longer than expected"
The return itself was straightforward, so no big issue there. The refund just took a while to show up, and I was starting to wonder if something had gotten stuck or... Anyway, it did come through eventually.

I got locked out of my account and reached out to support hoping they could help me sort it out, but it didn’t get me anywhere. I’m still locked out, and the whole thing has been really frustrating. I just wanted access to my account again, and now I’m left feeling disappointed and stuck.

My delivery showed up late, which was already frustrating, but what bothered me more was being told it was because of some policy. I get that rules exist, but it felt like an excuse instead of actually helping with the delay. Overall, not a great experience.

They’ve got some good stuff to choose from, so I can’t really complain too much. I just thought there would be a bit more variety, honestly. A few categories felt kind of limited, like I expected to see more options. It’s not bad at all, just feels like it could be better.
